Building your inner resume and leadership skills

This program will allow girls the safe space they need to work on their social and emotional intelligences and to develop their inner resumes and leadership skills. • understand the cost to girls personally and as a class/team/community when conflicts are not resolved and when aggressions are allowed to recur and fester
  • navigate the ins and outs of their friendships: not take things on; handle teasing, drama and other relational aggressions; develop deeper and closer friendships
  • know, understand, accept, and express all of your emotions in healthy ways
  • how to handle conflicts directly and effectively
  • set good boundaries in all their relationships
